Ohne Optik.

Night Vision / Thermal Clip-On Combo Mount System (IEA Special Mount)
Product Description
The latest approval by the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) now allows licensed hunters to permanently mount image intensifier and thermal clip-on devices directly onto the weapon for wild boar hunting—rather than using clamp adapters on the riflescope objective as previously required.
The devices are mounted either on a Picatinny rail or via a combo mount, which accommodates both a day optic and a night vision or thermal clip-on device in a single system.
A fixed mounting solution significantly reduces the risk of point-of-impact shift and eliminates unnecessary stress on the riflescope caused by clamping force or the weight of clip-on devices.
System Configuration
Day Optic: Steiner S332 (3x magnification)
Proven in extensive testing as the ideal optic (optimal balance of field of view and magnification)
Clip-On Device: Pulsar Krypton XG50
High-performance thermal clip-on system
Battery life approx. 8 hours
Quick-change IPS7 battery pack
Both the optic and the clip-on device are mounted on a custom IEA-developed special mount, which is securely attached to the proven IEA KH/F quick-release mount.
Mounting Options
Picatinny rail
Blaser mounts (Zeiss internal rail – ZIS compatible)
⚠️ Please specify the desired mounting option when ordering, as threaded holes must be added for Blaser mounts.
The eye relief can be customized upon request.
Additional costs may apply depending on the selected Blaser saddle mount.
Technical Advantages
Handling comparable to a dedicated night riflescope
Seamless switching between day optic and combo system without point-of-impact shift
Compatible with Picatinny rails and Blaser mounts (ZIS)
No unnecessary stress on the riflescope (no clamp mounting on objective lens)
Precise zeroing through combined digital adjustment (thermal device) and mechanical turret adjustment (day optic)
Reticle illumination fully usable
No IR illuminator required → fully compliant with German regulations (please check local state laws)
Suitable for day and night use
Important Note
Images may show optional accessories at additional cost.
Rifle, Pulsar Krypton XG50, and Steiner S332 are sold separately.
