Return Form
Step 1: Fill out the form and request an RMA number via "technik@i-e-a.de"
Step 2: After receiving the RMA number, write it on the form and place the form inside the package. (Important!)
Step 3: Inspection of the shipment and cost breakdown
Step 4: Approval of the cost breakdown by the customer
Step 5: After payment, the repair or replacement of the returned item will be carried out
Step 6: Return shipment to the customer
Please fill out the form as completely as possible and place it inside the package.
Without the completed form we unfortunately cannot process your return / RMA request.
Important Information for International Repair Shipments
If you are sending a device to us from outside the country, please contact us in advance to arrange the repair. We are happy to assist you with the necessary steps and shipping details.
To ensure smooth processing, please do not send any devices to IEA without prior confirmation from our team.
Devices sent without prior coordination may unfortunately be delayed or returned.
