I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded with us as the provider (IEA Mil-Optics GmbH) via the website www.i-e-a.de. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions is hereby rejected.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legal partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods. Our offers on the internet are non-binding and do not constitute a binding offer.
(2) You may submit a binding purchase offer (order) via the online shopping cart system. The selected goods are placed in the “shopping cart.” You can access and modify the cart at any time. Before submitting your order, all data is displayed again and can be checked or changed. By clicking “place order with obligation to pay,” you submit a binding offer.
You will first receive an automatic order confirmation by email, which does not yet constitute a contract.
(3) Acceptance of the offer takes place within 2 days via confirmation in text form (e.g., email). If no confirmation is received, you are no longer bound by your order.
(4) Requests for quotations are non-binding. You will receive a binding offer in text form, which can be accepted within 5 days.
(5) Order processing is carried out via email. You must ensure that your email address is correct and that emails are not blocked by spam filters.
§ 3 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
- for uniform delivery: upon receipt of the goods
- for multiple goods: upon receipt of the last item
- for partial shipments: upon receipt of the final shipment

Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- Refund of all payments within 14 days
- Same payment method as original transaction
- Refund may be withheld until goods are returned
You must return the goods within 14 days.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Compensation for loss of value only if caused by improper handling
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal for:
- custom-made goods
- perishable goods
- certain alcoholic beverages
- newspapers and magazines (except subscriptions)
Right expires for:
- sealed hygiene products after opening
- mixed goods
- unsealed software or media
§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
(1) A right of retention can only be exercised for claims arising from the same contractual relationship.
(2) Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
(3) For entrepreneurs additionally:
- Retention of title until all claims are settled
- Resale permitted; claims are assigned to us
- Co-ownership in case of processing
- Release of securities if exceeding 10%
§ 5 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) For used goods:
- Warranty period of 1 year
- No limitation for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury
(3) Consumers are requested to inspect goods upon delivery (no obligation).
(4) For entrepreneurs:
- Only manufacturer specifications are binding
- Remedy by repair or replacement
- Warranty period: 1 year (with legal exceptions)
§ 6 Choice of Law, Place of Performance, Jurisdiction
(1) German law applies.
(2) Place of jurisdiction is our registered office (for entrepreneurs).
(3) UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
§ 7 Sale of Weapons
(1) Sales only to customers of legal age.
(2) You confirm your age and accuracy of data when ordering.
(3) Delivery only to persons over 18 with age verification.
