Die Trilobyte Base Plus Model Helmleuchte hat 4 Ausgangsfarben: weiß, grün, rot und IR. Die Helmleuchte ist zusätzlich programmierbar und die grüne HALO Hintergrundbeleuchtung im weißen Pulse Modus. Es verfügt über eine positive Vibrationsrückmeldung (MultiVibe ™) für die taktile Anzeige der Schalterposition. Dies ermöglicht es dem Benutzer, die Funktionen im Dunkeln zu bedienen. Wenn das Helmlicht eingeschaltet ist, ist die erste Farbe immer IR, um eine Erkennung durch farbiges Licht zu verhindern. Das Gehäuse ist aus extrem robustem und unzerbrechlichem Polycarbonat gefertigt. Die Trilobyte Helmleuchte kann mit dem an der Gehäuserückseite angebrachten 3M-Hakenklettverschluss (Dual-Lock) an Klettflächen befestigt werden.
