The SP5K is the semi-automatic civilian version of the legendary MP5K chambered in 9 mm x 19, originally developed in the 1970s for concealed carry and close protection operations.

Apart from the legally required internal modifications, the SP5K remains technically and ergonomically very close to the original MP5K. In particular, the interfaces for magazines, stocks/end caps, handguards, and optic mounts are fully compatible.

With a wide range of available accessories, the SP5K is a modern and highly versatile weapon platform. Optional upgrades include Picatinny optic mounts, HK HKey handguards, and folding stocks, allowing the SP5K to be configured both as a pistol and as a shoulder-fired weapon system.

The weapon is fully suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
