NEW 2026 – Ultra-Compact FFP Riflescope
The EOTECH Vudu 4–12×36 FFP is an ultra-compact first focal plane riflescope with an overall length of only 7.1 inches, designed for short weapon systems with limited rail space or for use in combination with clip-on night vision and thermal devices.
The housing is made from high-strength aircraft-grade aluminum and is built for rugged, duty-ready use, while its low weight of approximately 16.9 oz (approx. 480 g) places minimal strain on the weapon system. With a variable magnification range of 4–12× and a 36 mm objective lens, it is ideally suited for medium-range hunting and precision applications.
The first focal plane reticle maintains its proportions relative to the target across the entire magnification range, allowing for fast range estimation and accurate holdovers in MRAD at any magnification. Illuminated reticle options (including MR5 and MD5) are optimized for precise aiming and rapid target acquisition, with 10 brightness levels controlled via a side-mounted rotary dial on the left side. Off positions between each brightness setting allow quick access to preferred levels.
A CR2032 battery powers the illuminated glass-etched reticle, providing approximately 300 hours of runtime depending on brightness level and environmental conditions. The capped MRAD turrets offer 0.1 MRAD click adjustments for precise windage and elevation corrections, while their compact design minimizes snagging on gear.
The optic is fog-resistant and designed to be waterproof and shockproof, ensuring reliable performance under harsh environmental conditions.
To minimize overall length, EOTECH has reduced the conventional tube surface for standard mounting rings and instead integrated a machined mounting interface on the underside of the housing. This interface is compatible with the included EOTECH mount as well as common Mini-ACOG mounts, allowing direct attachment to MIL-STD-1913/Picatinny rails.
Additionally, factory variants are available that allow mounting of an EFLX micro red dot on the front tube section via a ring mount, either in a 12 o’clock or 45-degree offset position, enabling rapid transitions to close-range targets.
