Military Tripods Carbon XS / TACT3 / STATIV 70

The German-made military tripods Carbon XS, TACT3, and STATIV 70 are now also available for civilian customers through IEA MIL-OPTICS in Nagold.

These tripods have been used for years by numerous armed forces worldwide, including the German Bundeswehr and the US Army.

All tripods are made from non-magnetic and non-magnetizable aluminum or carbon, ensuring reliability in sensitive environments.

In case of failure of the pan/tilt head, it can be removed and the device can be mounted directly onto the mast. Target acquisition is then achieved via the ball adjustment.

By removing the retaining nut at the bottom of the telescopic tube, the mast (with head) can be removed. The integrated ground spike can then be inserted, allowing use as a monopod.

GBRS Group Hydra V2 Mount Kit

The GBRS Group Hydra Mount provides a 2.91" (73.9 mm) sight height, enabling faster target acquisition regardless of additional equipment such as ear protection/communication headsets, gas masks/CBRN gear, or night vision devices, which can interfere with conventional mounts. The elevated optic allows for a more athletic, upright posture, helping the user maintain a straight spine and improving body armor presentation. This “heads-up” shooting style enhances processing speed and situational awareness. The unique and patented design features a raised MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny) platform, allowing direct attachment of accessories such as lights, optics, thermal devices, and aiming systems. It is especially well-suited for compact PDW/SMG platforms where rail space is limited, yet mounting both a light and aiming device remains essential. Cutouts in the AIMPOINT® and Trijicon® variants also allow for improved cable management. There is no longer a need to compromise grip due to mounted equipment or to shift hand placement because of limited rail space. This is achieved by elevating accessories such as lights or lasers off the Picatinny rail and positioning them closer to the red dot optic. This reduces visual obstruction and centralizes weight over the magazine well.
